All activity conducted through your pphtaya account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified pphtaya of a security breach. pphtaya reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
pphtaya supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the pphtaya cashier section.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. pphtaya does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pphtaya, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pphtaya platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
pphtaya does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pphtaya shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond pphtaya's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
pphtaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pphtaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pphtaya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pphtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. pphtaya provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
If you believe that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, or if gaming is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately. pphtaya will honor all self-exclusion requests promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, pphtaya will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account for the duration of the exclusion period. You may close your pphtaya account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
pphtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if pphtaya reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In the event of account termination by pphtaya for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. pphtaya will not be liable to you for any losses arising from account termination where such termination was carried out in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pphtaya platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
